MONICA VALLE
About
Monica Valle is a sustainability consultant and founder of Loupe, the platform for pre-development climate strategy.
Her work spans design and business development on climate-integrated masterplanning for large-scale mixed-use developments in the Middle East and Europe, leading unit mix strategy, branded hospitality programming, environmental resilience planning, and stakeholder communications across investors and governments.
She has developed post-disaster urban recovery frameworks in partnership with federal agencies and multilateral institutions, building coalitions across public, private, and research stakeholders, grounding proposals in community resilience and indigenous placemaking. In the US, she has consulted on construction operations, procurement strategy, and portfolio-level decarbonization roadmaps for development firms, and advises real estate companies on cost-savings driven sustainability programs.
Her background as an architect informs how she approaches climate strategy as a driver of project value. Monica holds a BFA in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
